Over time, I realized most people are never taught how to come back to themselves.
That’s what this work is built on.
My approach is simple, grounded, and real.
I often use tarot and oracle cards as part of the process— as a way to reflect, slow down, and see things more clearly.
The cards give us something to respond to, which makes it easier to talk through what’s actually going on.
This is a space to pause, reflect, and move forward in a way that feels manageable.
